What's included on the free Core plan?

Core is $0/month and includes unlimited invoices, unlimited free ACH with no transaction fees, bill pay, QuickBooks Online sync, payment links, payment pages, email reminders, 2% APY on Nickel Balance, 3 user seats, and a $25,000 per-transaction limit. No contract.

What do I get on Plus that Core doesn't include?

Plus is $35/month (or $45/month if you pay monthly) and adds recurring invoices, autopay, the QuickBooks Desktop integration, 2% APY on Nickel Balance, and a $1M per-transaction limit.

Are there any per-transaction fees on top of the plan price?

Yes, on cards, wires, and checks. ACH is $0 on every plan. Credit cards are 2.9% flat and you choose whether you or your customer pays. Wires are $25 and checks are $2. Those are the only per-transaction costs. There's no hidden processing markup and no monthly minimum.

Should I use the free plan or a paid plan for my business?

If you only need to send invoices, collect ACH payments, and pay vendors up to $25,000, Core covers that. If you send recurring invoices or use autopay, you'll want Plus at $35/month. If you need the option to turn off credit card payments, custom ERP integrations, and other features, you'll want Pro at $300/month. Many businesses end up on Plus.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, and there's no penalty or lock-in period.
